1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging

  • Items with removed tags will not be accepted

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If an exchange item is unavailable, we will offer:

    • Store credit, or

    • An exchange for a different available product

UnmatchedFit reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or product faults

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider

 

3. Shipping Policy

  • We provide UAE and international shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • For international shipping details, please contact us before placing your order

    • Hand wash using cold water and gentle detergent

    • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

    • Air dry only

Failure to follow these instructions may affect product lifespan and is not considered a defect.
